*QuickBooks Online customers who are new to ServiceBox can upload their customer, jobsite and material items from QuickBooks to ServiceBox for easy set-up.

*Material items that can be imported from QuickBooks Online to ServiceBox can include inventory and non inventory items.

*Customize your ServiceBox to QuickBooks Online Connector to define where your data goes.  Sync ServiceBox categories with Revenue Accounts so your accounting data remains consistent with how you do business.

* Link ServiceBox taxes to QuickBooks Online taxes so your tax information is correctly applied to your QuickBooks Online Invoices.

*During the Sync to QuickBooks Online the accounting connector will locate new customers and job sites and import them seamlessly into QuickBooks Online.

*Invoices are imported into QuickBooks and can be marked as paid at a later date so you can still see which invoices need to be paid.  Either manage that info from ServiceBox or from QuickBooks Online.

*Sync your Payments to QuickBooks as well, so that every payment taken in ServiceBox transfers automatically to QuickBooks Online.

*Changes you make to your ServiceBox customer and job site info update automatically in QuickBooks every time you sync.

*For those customers that want to update payment information inside of QuickBooks, payments taken in QuickBooks automatically change the invoice statuses in your ServiceBox invoices once you sync.

*Manual data entry is no longer necessary. Saves LOADS of time.

*ServiceBox also connects seamlessly with QuickBooks Desktop.
