
You asked for it, and here it is. You can now assign any checklist to generate automatically on a recurring workorder. Hereâs how it works:
Click on âRecurring Workâ in the left vertical menu and choose any of the recurring work orders that appear in the column to the right.

Within the recurring workorder, click on the âChecklistsâ tab at the top.

Click the âAddâ button, and choose any checklist you have saved in the dropdown menu to the right.

Click the blue âSaveâ button, and thatâs it! Â The checklist is now linked to the workorder, and will be added to all future versions that recur. And if for some reason you have to change the checklist, the workorder will automatically add the newest, most up-to-date version.
