NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This giveaway is open only to eligible members of the Electrical Contractors Association of Saskatchewan (“ECAS”) as described below. Void where prohibited by law.

1. Sponsor

The giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Jobbox Software Inc., operating as ServiceBox (“ServiceBox”), 2375 College Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan S4P 0S8. ECAS is not the sponsor or administrator of the Giveaway and is not responsible for its administration or the awarding of prizes. Milwaukee Tool and its affiliates are not sponsors of, affiliated with, or connected to the Giveaway in any way.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 9:00 a.m. CST on August 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on November 27, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Saskatchewan observes Central Standard Time year-round.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who, at the time of entry: (a) are legal residents of Saskatchewan and have reached the age of majority (18 years); (b) are an owner, officer, or employee of a company that is an ECAS member in good standing (a “Member Company”); (c) are entering on behalf of a Member Company that is not a current ServiceBox customer and has not previously completed a ServiceBox demo; and (d) complete a ServiceBox demo during the Giveaway Period as described in Section 4.

Limit of one (1) entry per Member Company, regardless of how many individuals from that Member Company complete a demo. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of ServiceBox and of ECAS, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. ServiceBox may require proof of ECAS membership in good standing before awarding a prize.

4. How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary

To enter, book a free ServiceBox demo through the Giveaway landing page (or by contacting ServiceBox directly), identify yourself as an ECAS member when booking or during the demo, and complete the demo before the end of the Giveaway Period. No purchase, subscription, or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. Each eligible completed demo constitutes one (1) entry, subject to the entry limit in Section 3. ServiceBox will use reasonable efforts to schedule demos requested during the Giveaway Period before the deadline; entrants are encouraged to book early.

5. Prizes

Three (3) prizes are available. Each prize consists of one (1) Milwaukee PACKOUT™ Large Tool Box (Milwaukee model 48-22-8425), with an approximate retail value of $166 CAD each (total approximate prize pool of $500 CAD). Limit of one (1) prize per winner and per Member Company. ServiceBox will purchase the prizes from an authorized retailer and will arrange delivery of one prize directly to each confirmed winner within approximately four (4) weeks of winner confirmation.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are not transferable, and are not convertible to cash. If the advertised prize (or any component of it) becomes unavailable for any reason, ServiceBox reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value. All prize products are supplied subject to the manufacturer’s standard warranty only; ServiceBox makes no representation or warranty regarding prize products and is not responsible for product defects, warranty claims, recalls, or returns, which are the responsibility of the manufacturer or retailer.

6. Winner Selection

On December 4, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. CST in Regina, Saskatchewan, three (3) entrants will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will be recorded. Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Confirmation

ServiceBox will notify each selected entrant using the contact information provided through the demo booking process within five (5) business days of the draw. Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant must: (a) correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; (b) confirm compliance with these Rules; and (c) sign and return ServiceBox’s Declaration and Release form within seven (7) days of notification. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within seven (7) days, fails the skill-testing question, is ineligible, or fails to return the Declaration and Release, that entrant is disqualified and ServiceBox may select another entrant at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Declaration and Release

The Declaration and Release will require each winner to: confirm eligibility; accept the prize as awarded; release ServiceBox, ECAS, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize (including shipping delays, product defects, and warranty matters, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law); and consent to the publication of the winner’s first name, company name, and city in connection with announcing the Giveaway results, without further compensation.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway (name, company, contact details) will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, and deliver the prizes, in accordance with ServiceBox’s privacy policy available at www.getservicebox.com/terms-conditions#privacy-policy. By entering, entrants consent to this use. Any use of contact information for ongoing marketing communications will comply with applicable anti-spam legislation and will be subject to separate consent or applicable exemptions.

10. General Conditions

ServiceBox may verify eligibility and may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with these Rules.

ServiceBox reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control interferes with its proper conduct, provided that no such change will materially and adversely affect entries already received without reasonable accommodation.

In the event of a discrepancy between these Rules and any summary or advertising material (including the Giveaway landing page, the ECAS newsletter, and any social media posts), these Rules govern.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. These Rules are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Saskatchewan.

Milwaukee®, PACKOUT™, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners, used here solely to describe the prizes. Milwaukee Tool is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with, this Giveaway. ECAS’s name and logo are used with its permission for the purpose of promoting the Giveaway to its members.
