We cater to established companies with 15 or more employees, aiming to optimize end-to-end business workflows.  

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a skilled Director of Marketing to steer our marketing strategies, drive innovation, and accelerate growth in North America. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of achieving ambitious goals. They will play a pivotal role in guiding our team towards achieving our goal of doubling our current annual revenue. Experience in startups is a plus, demonstrating adaptability, agility, and a hands-on approach to marketing in dynamic environments. 

What You'll Do

Lead Marketing Strategies

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to support our mission in doubling our customer base and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and fractional services to align marketing efforts with company objectives and market trends.

Optimize Digital Channels

  • Develop and execute SEO, social media, email, and PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and enhance brand visibility.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to refine and optimize digital marketing efforts.

Nurture Customer Relationships

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to gather and analyze client feedback, driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales to implement client retention strategies to enhance loyalty and increase lifetime value.
  • Lead the creation of detailed buyer personas in collaboration with the Sales team. 

Enhance Marketing Processes

  • Conduct regular audits of marketing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Establish KPIs and benchmarks to measure marketing performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Track and Analyze Performance

  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Communicate key insights and recommendations to executive team and stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.

Lead and Develop Marketing Team

  • Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and mentoring of marketing resources and third-party services. 
  • Implement people performance tracking systems, which offers feedback for team members and inspires high performance.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in leading successful marketing teams and driving innovative marketing strategies, preferably within the software industry.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition in the software sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies, particularly in software sales/marketing contexts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams within software organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a minimum of 5 years' experience in an applicable marketing role. Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction industries would be considered an asset.  
  • Applicant must be both eligible to work in and located in Canada.
