New Features

Indicators for Data in Customers, Contacts and Job Sites

We have now included indicators on the top of the tabs to indicate when data is added to a specific tab. When data is present a red indicator will appear at the top of the tab.

Indicators for Data in Work Orders

For all of the sections in the work order, once data is present a red indicator will appear below the buttons in the right hand corner.

Customer Categories

You are now able to define your own customer categories in the settings screen. To add new categories go to the Settings -> Customer. You will be able to add in Customer Categories for your discretion and assign a colour. Once you have categories defined you can assign Customers to a category. Also in the Customer section you will be able to change the category for a customer quickly.

Map Link for Customers and Job Sites

You will be able to open up the customer and job site address from each of the respective sections on google maps by clicking on the map link in those sections.

Added a Long Description for Items in Quotes

In some cases you will need to have a long description associated an item. You now have the ability to add long descriptions to Items in the Settings screen. To add a long description go to Settings -> Quotes -> Quote Items. Click on the … button beside the item and enter in the long description. This will display when printing quotes. This is not mandatory. You will also be able to view the long description when you select an item in the Quote.

Added a Long Description for Items in Invoices

In some cases you will need to have a long description associated an item. You now have the ability to add long descriptions to Items in the Settings screen. To add a long description go to Settings -> Invoices -> Invocie Items. Click on the … button beside the item and enter in the long description. This will display when printing Invoices. This is not mandatory. You will also be able to view the long description when you select an item in the Invoice.

Made Scheduler Lines Easier to View Time

We have made the lines on the scheduler darker so that it is easier to distinguish each time slot.

General Bug Fixes

  • Fixed Dropdown for Categories in To Dos wasn’t displaying properly in Chrome

  • Fixed display issue for text when generating an invoice using quote price

  • Fixed layout issues with Work Order printing

  • Changed layout of Work Order to portrait
